Tip of the Week

With it being that time of year again, the time when Mom's cheer and kids cry---you know that time- BACK TO SCHOOL We thought we would give all of you some tips on Backpack Safety. First your child's backpack should not weigh more than 10-15% of your child's weight. If it does, it can start to put undue stress on their spine. Also make sure you get a backpack that has two wide, padded straps for added comfort. With that said try and make sure you children actually wear both shoulder straps vs just slinging the backpack over one shoulder.
